I’ve been around in the cake business a LONG time. I’ve seen trends come and go, seen and used new products and techniques and tried my hardest to be innovative.
One thing that hasn’t changed? My brand of fondant. I have used Bakels Pettinice fondant my entire career. True, for a long time there wasn’t much choice, but now there is choice and I stick with Pettinice. It gives us perfectly smooth sides, beautiful sharp edges and awesome pre-mixed colours. We use a lot of the ivory, of course and my other faves are chocolate, red and black.
I’m happy to announce that I’m now a Pettinice ambassador. I will be bringing Pettinice to some of my overseas classes and I’ll share when I’m involved in Bakels events.

Cakers Warehouse are currently killing it in the cake supplies field. I’m always impressed by how they are on top of new products, giving locals access to supplies they would have previously had to order from overseas and offering new and innovative supplies.
I’m thrilled to be one of the Caker’s Warehouse ambassadors. Like Bakels they are a company that I would recommend anyway and it’s great to be able to make it official!
